The Chisago-Lindstrom Lakes Association serves residents of Chisago Lake, North & South Lindstrom Lakes and Kroon Lake.

The mission of the CLLA is to represent the interests of lake shore owners, preserve the water quality of the lakes and promote safe and balanced use of the lakes’ natural resources while promoting environmentally sound lake shore use and development.

2021 Phragmites Treatment Successful

On Thursday, September 23, 2021, forty-two stands of invasive Phragmites were treated with the DNR approved herbicide, glyphosate or imazapyr. In the past three years, CLLA has found and treated over 60 stands of the invasive Phragmites on North Lindstrom, South Lindstrom and Chisago Lake. Eusasian Milfoil found In Kroon Lake

On October 7, 2021 Chris Jurek, the MN DNR aquatic invasive species specialist for our area confirmed the presence of Eurasian Milfoil in Kroon Lake.
